***The Stingray Mods spring is back in stock***

These springs are designed and made for the front skid shocks on Yamaha and Arctic Cat snowmobiles. Replaces the stock Arctic Cat spring that allows too much weight on the skis and allows the front track shock to compress / collapse so easily.

Works amazingly well on 2012-2024 Arctic Cat sleds with a coil over center shock, Including the Arctic Cat Hardcore, Alpha and Yamaha Mountain Max models!

INSTALL:  Turn shock collars down to take pressure off spring, take out shock top bolt, lay shock back and remove spring then put new spring on, spin collars up until slack is out, then 2 more full turns and tighten, put shock back in top hole. Arctic Cat  ALPHA ONLY INSTALL - If you put this on an Alpha, you'll to turn spring 4 or 5 turns and then back your rear spring way down.

You will need to back your rear track shock spring off a few rounds to achieve proper weight transfer

After 2 turns ride it a mile and add 1 full turn test ride and repeat until you get the setting you like best. 2 turns minimum and 6 turns maximum but 4 turns is the most used.

NOTE, if you cannot get top bolt back in raise the front of the sled. Install may not work for some shocks and they may have to be removed for install.

This spring works very well with the 2-7 Designs Alpha Front Track shock bushing kit we have that can be found HERE
