ALL orders placed with Mountain Side Performance LLC constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed within these terms and conditions and any others listed on www.mountainsideperformance.com

Mountain Side Performance LLC is engaged in selling aftermarket items. The buyer understands and accepts the ramifications for installing and owning performance and/or aftermarket parts. Mountain Side Performance LLC is not accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any sold parts.

Warning: Use and misuse of products sold by Mountain Side Performance LLC may involve serious risks including injury, disability and death. Purchasers assume all risks.

 

-PAYMENT TERMS-

Mountain Side Performance LLC accepts many forms of payments, which can be found when using checkout, with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise, and will NOT be shipped until said item is paid in full. Prices and shipping costs are subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.

 

-LAWS & REGULATIONS-

All installations are at the customers own risk. Mountain Side Performance LLC holds NO responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in some states and are to be used for racing only. Federal, and many state laws, prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle exhaust or safety in a vehicle used on public lands. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Be sure to check your local and federal laws prior to purchase!

 

-WARRANTY- 

Due to the nature of MOST aftermarket performance parts, ALL items are sold as-is and without warranty.

ALL merchandise sold by Mountain Side Performance LLC is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, (if any), and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. NO EXCEPTIONS

Installation of performance aftermarket products more than likely WILL void the manufacturer's warranty coverage on your vehicle. Some items listed are illegal in some states and are to be used for racing only.
