Lightweight 48oz Oil Tank // 2022-2027 Polaris Matryx Chassis Boost Models Only

This race-inspired lightweight aluminum oil tank holds 48oz of oil, this is enough oil for a full tank of fuel plus more. This has double the capacity of our original 24oz oil tank, and is 26% larger than our 38oz tank. It uses the stock cap, sensor, lines, and pickup, and no chassis modification required for installation, so it bolts up in a matter of minutes. Designed for racers in modified class hillclimb or drag racing applications, or any mountain or trail rider that wants to shed some extra weight. The smaller size also allows for extra underhood storage on top of the clutch cover- see Related Products below for our custom made Underhood Storage Bags for Boost models. Fits Boost models only without modification, but will fit on 650/850/9R N/A models if not using the stock felt intake elbow that goes form the upper intake to the air box.

We offer a replacement Oil Tank Grommet to save you down time when changing the oil tank to the lightweight tank in case you rip the old one when removing and transferring it over to the new oil tank.
