DESIGNED FOR ICEAGE RAILS  - WILL NOT FIT STOCK RAILS

Made out of 7000 series aluminum, our Ultralight Rail Brace Kit increases strength at the rear bump stop section of the rails. This is a must have for Ski-Doo Gen5, Gen4, and XM snowmobiles that are frequently being jumped, are under high load impact, or if you want added strength for peace of mind! The kit includes 2 stiffener plates and hardware for mounting.

IceAge rails for Gen5, Gen4, and XM are all pre drilled to accept the Ultralight Rail Brace. Other models are not directly compatible and may require drilling. Will not work on Polaris RMK Pro, RMK Khaos machines.

Why will these not fit my stock Polaris/G4/G5/Cat Rails?

The rail upper rib height is different on IceAge rails due to our 3d-rib technology used for additional strength in the rails. You would also not have space to drill your stock rails to mount these braces due to stock rail cut-out placement.

Does IceAge make a rail brace for my stock rails?

No - IceAge does not offer rail braces as they are a band-aid on an inherently weak design that cannot be insured against failure with a simple backer plate. There are too many weak failure points on a stock rail to be adequately covered by a rail brace. The only proper solution for a weak OE rail is to replace it with our stronger 7000 series rail -designed exactly for your sled to keep you from getting stranded with a broken skid.
