Help prevent broken Primary Clutch Springs and fine tune your clutching!

These hardened steel shim washers provide an excellent bearing surface for the spring and help prevent it from digging into the clutch cover or spider which is a major cause of broken clutch springs.

The primary spring in the Polaris drive clutch rotates in the spring pocket as it compresses. A hardened washer on top and bottom of the spring greatly reduces the negative effects of scrubbing friction.

Sold in a sets of 2 (one upper and one lower shim)

These can also be used to fine tune clutching by changing preload spring pressure by adding or removing shims.
