The Ski Doo Summit GEN 5 EXO bumper is designed to provide excellent protection while maintaining a slim profile that fits close to the body. We were able to provide secure structural mounting with or without a factory skid plate (NO PLASTIC MOUNTING) by utilizing the factory accessory bosses in the bulk head combined with the supplied upper mounting brackets and a custom lower mounting plate that is strengthened and bolted to the bulkhead.
Our bumpers all have tig welded aluminum caps on the main tube to eliminate the need for plastic end caps. This gives the bumpers a clean look without the worry of losing the end caps.
Built from 1" and 1 1/4" OD 1/8" Wall 6061 USA made tubing.
Fits all 2023+ Ski Doo REV Gen 5 Summit, Renegade XRS 2 stroke machines.
Hand assembled and TIG welded right here in America!
