BM Fabrications - Polaris AXYS 155/165 Tunnel Cut Rear Bumper

Polaris AXYS Tunnel Cut Rear EXO Bumper, it is designed to allow you to shorten a 155 AXYS RMK Tunnel down 6.25 inches. They will also work on the 163/165 Tunnel length, you will need to cut off the additional roughly 4.5" of length. These plates utilize 2 of the factory bolt holes in the tunnel side for alignment while preparing to cut. Made from laser cut aluminum sheet with a press braked 90-degree tunnel lip for excellent strength, protection of the tunnel lip, and rigidity without adding unnecessary weight. The raised bumper handle has enough clearance to go over the factory taillight, keeping the overall length as short as possible. All necessary hardware is coated black (Grade 8 Button Head Bolts, Flanged Nylock Nuts, Quality Structural Rivets, and Rivet Backing Washers.), to install the bumper on the finished tunnel is included. All powder coated parts are media blasted to ensure the best adhesion for coating possible.

Bumper handles are powder coated semi-gloss black or bare aluminum finish (RAW). Side plates come either natural aluminum (RAW), or color of choice.
