Alternative Impact has designed a new lightweight oil tank that will hold enough oil for a full tank of gas (1.6qt) on any model of axys especially the boost during break in mode. Any other tank falls short with the boost in this area. Our tank is designed to actually utilize 100% of the oil and not leave the bottom 3/4” unusable. Other tanks fail to keep oil flowing when they get under 1/2 full, most noticeably on a side hill leaving air to develop in the pick up line. Bolt up to existing mounts no drilling or modifying of any kind, pretty plug and play. Tank itself weighs 1.07#. Lightest competitors tank we weighted at .87# or .90# with steel fasteners. . Comes with all titanium fasteners as well as a site glass for easy oil evaluation at a glance. Super easy access to spark plug changes because it’s mounted higher and more towards the gas tank.
