3D Prints NW - Polaris P-22 Clutch Holding Tool
This is a 3D printed tool designed to hold your primary clutch without marring it up like a metal holding tool will do on the Polaris P-22 drive clutches found on the Polaris Boost and 9R. These are for use while doing the re-torque ONLY, not the initial 150 ft lbs. It should withstand that high of a torque, but it is not advised. See notes below.
***We have these IN STOCK in BLACK ONLY***
***This tool was 3D designed to fit Polaris 9R and Boost models that have the OEM P22 clutch. This tool has been tested while being physically held at the top and the primary clutch bolt was being torqued at 110 ft lbs.
The 3/8 ratchet insert and breaker ball insert were not made to withstand torque
themself. This material, while very tough, is still PLA, a polylactide polymer plastic. The inserts are merely meant to be used as leverage holders.
This is a tool to hold the clutch in place while torque is being applied to the primary
clutch bolt. This was not designed to directly apply torque to this tool while holding
the primary clutch bolt in place.***
